EXCHANGE POLICY

1. One-Time Exchange Policy:

• We allow one-time size exchange per order, subject to availability.

2. Exchange Process:

• Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• The ₹100 logistics fee applies to the return leg of the exchange.
• The replacement item will be shipped free of charge.

3. Exchange Conditions:

• The product must meet the same eligibility standards as returns.

If stock is unavailable:

• A store credit or refund (after deduction of logistics fee) will be issued.
