RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Premium Returns & Heritage Preservation Policy

To preserve the exclusivity and integrity of our collections, Westonia maintains a structured return protocol.

1. 7-Day Return Window:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery via the official Westonia Support Portal.
  • Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Mandatory Logistics & Handling Fee:

A flat ₹100 Logistics & Handling Fee applies to all returns.

This fee:

  • Covers reverse transit.
  • Covers garment inspection.
  • Covers sanitization and re-archiving procedures.
  • The amount will be automatically deducted from the final refund.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed.
  • Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or any scent.
  • Have all original tags attached (including Security Heritage Tags).
  • Be returned in original packaging.

If any signs of wear, alteration, or damage are found:

The item will be shipped back to the customer. No refund will be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Intimate wear.
  • Limited-edition or bespoke pieces.
  • Items marked as “Archive Sale”.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

5. Inspection & Authentication:

  • Returned items undergo a 72-hour authentication and inspection process upon arrival.
  • Refunds are approved only after successful quality verification.

6. Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within:

  • 7–10 business days.
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
  • Westonia is not responsible for banking delays.
