1. Order Processing & Quality Assurance:

All orders undergo our Triple-Phase Quality Inspection Protocol at our central atelier before dispatch. This ensures every piece meets the Westonia Standard.

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, processing may require additional time.

2. Transit Timelines:

Once dispatched:

  • Domestic Shipping: 5–7 business days.

3. Proprietary Tracking:

Upon dispatch, clients will receive an encrypted tracking link via email or SMS.

Westonia is not responsible for:

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Delays caused by courier partners.
  • Unclaimed packages returned due to customer inaction.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

4. Shipping Fees:

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a non-refundable convenience fee of ₹99 applies.
  • This fee secures order processing and fulfillment priority.
